Leadership Development Program Design

With two decades in management consulting, My-Linh is experienced in working across management levels to determine the current gender-parity status of your organization. She will conduct strategic gender goals setting workshops with your top management and works with your human resources team to design a women leadership development program that is optimal for your company.

Leadership Training and Workshops for Women

In this series of workshops, participants will discuss leadership styles, compare gender differences in leadership, begin to uncover their own authentic leadership style using a variety of leadership modeling, identify their own challenges and biases and create an action plan for their path forward.

One-on-one Confidence and Leadership Coaching for Women

My-Linh coaches from her perspective of an experienced successful leader in multiple international organizations. She brings empathy, first-hand experience as a leader, operational experiences, methodical resources and confidence to help her clients achieve their own greatness.
